Meat Slicers

195ES - 300ES Professional Meat Slicers

Designed for ease, efficiency and accuracy in slicing and cutting cold cuts and cured meats of all kinds, the Gourmet ES Series Semi Automatic meat slicers are our go-to slicers here at Consiglio’s. Ranging in blade size from 7 to 12 inches, these Gourmet ES slicers are professional grade machines scaled down for various levels of home use. As semi-automatic slicers, these machines are belt-driven, permanently lubricated and include a built-in sharpener for easy upkeep.

Perfect for cold cuts and cured meats, the ES line of slicers create consistent, even slices and are able to thinly shave your meats quickly and easily.

Gourmet King Meat Slicer

Small but sturdy, the Gourmet King 180 slicer has a 7.5 inch serrated blade, making it perfect for slicing cured meats, breads and hard cheeses. With a metal and plastic housing, the Gourmet slicer is lighter than the Professional ES series above, and easier to store too.

Fabio Leonardi Electric Meat Grinders

Fabio Leonardi Electric Meat Grinders

Despite ground beef, pork, and poultry now being widely available at grocery stores, grinding your own meat offers a slew of benefits, and gives you precise control over your final product (including texture, fat ratios and seasonings). Electric grinders are also handy for making healthy homemade pet food, and are used by hunters to help process their game meats.

Durable and made to last, Fabio Leonardi electric meat grinders are 100% made in Italy, and range in size from 0.3 to 1.5HP.

As an added benefit, the Fabio Leonardi meat grinders can easily be converted into a tomato milling machine by swapping out the meat grinding attachment on the front of the motor with one of Fabio Leonardi’s tomato milling attachments.

Meat Grinding Accessories: Sausage Tubes, Grind Discs & Knives

Meat Grinder Discs: Meat grinder discs are sold based on the size of the meat grinder they are compatible with, and the diameter of the holes in the disc. Fabio Leonardi meat grinders come standard with a small 6mm or 8mm grinding disc.

For ease of grinding, we recommend pairing these small discs with a slightly larger one - begin by passing your meat through the larger disc before moving to the final smaller grind size.

Worm Holders: Worm holders, also known as screw feed retainers, are what holds your auger in place while stuffing sausage - since you’ll want to remove the cutting knife to avoid double-grinding your meat, you’ll replace it with a worm holder to ensure everything stays aligned.

Meat Grinder Knives and Sausage Stuffing Tubes:

As with the grinding discs and worm holders above, meat grinder knives and sausage stuffing tubes are sized relative to the size of your meat grinding attachment - so, if you have a #22 grinder, you’ll need to be sure to get a #22 grinder knife, and #22 sized sausage tube. Sausage tubes are sized based on what grinder they are compatible with, as well as the diameter of the funnel - so a #22 1cm tube will make a sausage roughly 1 cm in diameter, where as a #22 3cm tube will make a larger sausage that is roughly 3 cm in diameter.

You can find our full range of sausage tubes and knives here. If you have any questions about the knife or tube that best fits your needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@consiglioskitchenware.com.

Porkert Manual Meat Grinders

Manual meat grinders offer all of the benefits of grinding your own meat, in a smaller, easier to store package. This can be a great choice for those meat lovers that are short on space, or are only looking to process small amounts of meat at a time.

Built to last, the Porkert grinders are made of heavy duty cast iron, and are 100% European made.

Just as the Fabio Leonardi electric grinders above come in different sizes, so do the Porkert manual meat grinders:

Sausage Stuffers

Vertical Sausage Stuffers

While the Fabio Leonardi machines above can be used to stuff sausage, some meat lovers prefer to use a manual sausage stuffer as stuffing the sausage manually can provide more control over the final product.

Our most popular sausage stuffers are our Premium Vertical Stuffers, which range in size from 7 to 36lbs and come with 4 stuffing tubes (1.5cm, 2cm, 3cm, and 4cm).

Horizontal Sausage Stuffers

While horizontal and vertical sausage stuffers largely work the same way, some meat lovers find that horizontal stuffers are easier to us as they sit parallel to your work surface - making the stuffing canister easier to access, fill and clean. Lying flat on either a table, counter top or work bench, horizontal stuffers need to sit flush with the edge of the work surface to allow ample room for their handle to turn.

You can read more about our horizontal stuffers in our Francesco Palumbo horizontal sausage stuffer review here.

Spiedini Makers and BBQs

Cubo Italian Spiedini Maker

Whether you know them as spiedini, spiducci (also commonly spelled as speducci) or arrosticini, making your own skewers is a fast, easy, and cost effective way to enjoy this Italian summer favourite! While traditionally made of lamb, the Cubo Spiedini Maker can be used to skewer just about any type of meat, be it chicken, pork, or even beef!

Charcoal Spiedini BBQs & Grills

Whether you make your own spiedini with the Cubo Spiedini Maker above or buy them pre-made, you’ll need something to grill them on! These charcoal bbqs are designed specifically for spiedini and arrosticini and their long and narrow design allows for the skewers to lay flat across the grill, suspending the meat over the hot coals.
