How Staub is Made

During the production process each item is inspected 100 times. Staub cookware is made using premium cast iron melted at ultra high temperatures. Each cookware pot is made using a single sand mold. The liquid cast iron is poured into the sand mold. Once finished, the sand mold is destroyed. Next, shot blasting millions of metal particles clean and finish the surface. Lastly, two to three internal and external layers of enameling is completed.
