The Tecnoroast TR0-50 L 23"grill paired with the homemade arrosticini / speducci kit includes the 23" grill designed to accommodate approx. 20 - 30 skewers, cubo spiedini maker, knife, and wooden skewers. 

Tecnoroast's 50cm (23") grill is the perfect grill for serious home cooks. Capable of making 20-30 arrosticini and spiedini at a time. Made with high quality 403 stainless steel, featuring tall legs standing at 100 cm / 39.3” for comfortable cooking, and 50 cm/19.6” cooking length to medium batches.

Strategically placed holes line the sides to optimize airflow, and a separate chamber runs along the bottom side of the BBQ to further facilitate air supply and flow to the charcoal, allowing for cooking temperatures of up to 700 degrees (F.) to be reached, while preventing hot spots and ensuring even burning.

Allow the BBQ to fully cool after use before touching or transporting.

Coming with everything you need to get started with making your own homemade spiedini, arrosticini, spidducci, or favourite skewers, our Complete Spiedini / Arrosticini Maker Set comes with one (1) Cubo Spiedini Maker, one (1) Knife for Spiedini and Arrosticini, and one (1) set of Wooden Spiedini/Arrosticini Skewers (100 pcs.). 

Italian-made, the Cubo Spiedini Maker features a stainless steel and food-grade nylon construction, and streamlines the process of making your favourite skewers by the batch - simply layer your meat of choice in the Cubo Spiedini Maker, put the nylon lid in place, and insert your wooden skewers (preferably pre-soaked to prevent scorching) into the evenly spaced holes. Once all skewers are in place, insert your knife into the slits along the Cubo Spiedini Maker to slice your individual skewers.

Maintenance

Let BBQ cool and then store in a dry place. Please note the internal and exterior metal can change colour with use. This is normal and a result of ultra-hot temperatures.
