1 HP, asynchronous motor with condenser, forward reverse on/off switch, anti-corrosive and easy to clean, permanently lubricated main drive gear, covered stainless steel style motor for fast cool down.

Other light coating options on the market tend to chip or rust over time, which needless to say, can be detrimental to the longevity of the machine but more importantly to your health.

Machine Care & Maintenance

Never run your machine dry. Always be sure to have (par boiled or raw) tomatoes in the hopper before turning the unit on to insure the auger and screen have adequate lubrication. After each use disassemble the machine parts and wash them thoroughly with water and a mild non corrosive detergent . Once all parts are clean, dry any remaining moisture from all parts. Lastly, rub 2-3 drops of vegetable oil/mineral oil on auger. Refer to the instruction manual for further cleaning an
