The Rocket Appartamento is a compact, commercial grade semi-automatic machine designed for tight spaces. This is the perfect semi-automatic machine for condo living or tight working areas. The Appartmento is the most recent machine from the Rocket line of semi-automatic machines. Although it is smaller than most Rocket’s it does not forgo the high quality build and components Rocket is celebrated for.

This masterpiece is beautifully detailed with oversized feet and a choice of white or copper inlays on the side cutouts of the machine to perfectly accent the design in its surrounding space.

The Rocket Appartmento comes with the famous Faema E61 group head and 1.8L heat exchange boiler to provide the ultimate home barista experience.

• E61 Group Head: Brew like a pro with the famous Faema E61 group head. The E61 is famed for its temperature stability, durability and ease of use. This group head is heated and has classic features such as mechanical pre-infusion.
  
  
• Dual Pre-Infusion: Pre-infusion is when coffee is subjected to low-pressure during the initial few seconds of brewing. The process brings more in-depth and comlpex flavor profiles to the beverage. Specifically, this machine features a piston and static pre-infusion chamber.
  
  
• 1.8L Boiler and Heat Exchange: The combo provides ample quantities of water and steam to brew like a pro. The 1.8L brass and copper plated boiler features a heat exchanger, this set up provides for simultaneous coffee brewing and milk frothing. Additionally, the boiler is insulated for temperature stability and energy savings.
  
  
• Water Sensor: Level control cuts the power circuit if water is low, with a microprocessor that automatically controls the level of the water tank and boiler. A low water level warning will tell you when you need to refill. Please note: for proper operation it is a must to use water with mineral content.
  
  
• Vibratory Pump: The high quality pump is quiet, consistent and provides the correct pressure when needed. It also features a device to reduce back pressure from the boiler, avoiding blocks.
  
  
• Hot Water and No Burn Steam Wands: Take the worry out of scolding your hands with the wands that can be easily manipulated. Also, milk does not stick as easily to a dual walled steam wand.
  
  
• Professional Gauge: Indicates pressure in the boiler allowing you to be better understand the Rocket Appartmento for improved beverage results.
