After preparing your dough and pasta ropes, you simply pass the dough through the Divina cavatelli makers rollers. On the under side of the Divina cavatelli maker is steel patterns which imprint the pasta. You can pick one of three options, by simply moving your dough rope to one of three positions on the rollers. Once you select which pasta you want to make you simply crank the handle.

The Divina Cavatelli Makers come with strong nylon pasta rollers and a white nylon pasta guide tray. This allows the fresh pasta to roll down the unit once processed.
