The Sansone 6.60 gal Europa Fusti 18/10 Stainless Steel Canister is a top-of-the-line food liquid canister that is NSF-approved. The canisters are made in conformance with the European law on the manufacture of containers for liquids. Made of 18/10 stainless steel (Aisi 304 DIN 1,4301) making it is perfect for sanitary and safe food liquid storage. The canisters have a refined smooth finish, screw-top lid with air valve, dual handle for easy storage, and tap.
Commonly used for olive oil, wine, vinegar, and an assortment of beverages. The canisters are also often used for storing olives, eggplant jardinière, roasted peppers, and an array of preserved vegetables.
