Featured on all new Jura espresso machines is the P.E.P function, which offers pulse extraction allowing for more flavor to be taken during the extraction process. Now offering 21 different specialty beverages all at the touch of a button, the Jura Z8 espresso machine is one of a kind. Preparation of these beverages is derived from the all-new 4.3" touch screen display, with intuitive graphics and even the ability to make a pot of coffee.  
Some new features include parallel functionality which allows the machine to prepare both milk and espresso at the same time. This function provides a commercial restaurant-quality milk foam and temperature for cappuccino, and all the way to flat whites. Additionally, the lungo feature allows the espresso circuits to be bypassed and hot water inserted into the cup to create a true long or lungo beverage. This function also carries over to the espresso pot function, which will allow you to create up to a 32oz pot of coffee.
