This propane burner is an excellent choice for the tomato canning process. The unit includes one 7 ft hose with a regulator valve for easy control. The top of the burner is made of heavy-duty forged steel and the low surround wind blocks provide the maximum heat reducing cooking time. The ground shield below the burner reduces heat transfer to the ground and also captures drippings. The burner features a heavy-duty multiport cast iron burner providing higher heat and a wider diffuser.
