How to Make Portuguese Hot Red Pepper Paste with Fabio Leonardi Grinder

Portuguese red pepper paste is traditionally made with two parts sweet pepper to one part hot pepper. Using the Fabio Leonardi Meat Grinder allows you to quickly grind the peppers skin, seeds, flesh and pulp together creating a beautiful textured result. Bring this to a boil, season, turn down to a simmer allowing the juices to reduce and concentrate into a thick paste.
