Here is a crowd pleaser, a make-ahead ragu, and a freezer-friendly meal prep recipe. This is a forgiving recipe, so no need to really measure out the ingredients perfectly, I personally enjoy eyeballing ingredients for cooking...baking on the other hand is a totally different story :) Part of what I truly love about this recipe is how versatile it is, you can serve it with pasta, over mashed potatoes, or even polenta.
