1 porkert meat grinder body, 1 knife, 1 disc (4.5mm holes), 1 auger, 1 handle with wooden grip, 1 rubber clamp grip. Instructions available on exterior box with diagrams.

The instructions are available on the back of the product box. Visual diagrams also available on back of product box for assembly.

Hand wash only with water and mild dish soap. Dry immediately. Coat knife and disc with light coating of vegetable oil and then store away in box until needed next time.

Most commonly used for meat grinding. Porkert grinders can also be used for grinding fruits, vegetables, cheese, nuts and bread. The outcome will depend on the hole size of the grinding disc.
