Additional previous upgrades to the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro include a change from a single control panel to new rocker switches for power, brew, and steaming activation. The exterior stainless steel housing has been refined, offering subtle frame indents to make removing the water tank easier. The all-new drip tray has been upgraded to complement the couture of the machine, offering rounded edges. Internally the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro still offers embedded heating elements allowing the machine to be brew ready in under 5 minutes. Steaming takes about 60 seconds, and a quick flush brings you back to brew temperature lighting fast. All new pump mounts make brewing with the Gaggia Classic Evo Pro quieter than ever before.
The New DeLonghi Dedica Espresso Coffee Grinder in stainless steel housing offers 18 variable settings for espresso, drip, coffee, pour-over and French press. You can customize your grind like a true barista. Always enjoy the freshest brew by grinding directly into your portafilter, or grind up to 14 cups and keep it fresh in the removable storage container.
