The carafe locks onto the machine, froths milk twice to get the perfect consistency. Once the milk is frothed, the machine runs an automatic cleaning cycle to purge any milk residue out of the wand. From there, you can detach the carafe from the Cadorna Prestige and store it in your fridge for easy access next time.

The Cadorna features 4 user profiles to use to your advantage. The user profiles allow you to easily access your favourite beverages with ease. The Consiglio’s Team loves the ability to create user profiles on the Cadorna Prestige because if you have multiple people using the machine, you won’t need to worry about anyone tinkering with your set profile or beverages. You can also create an espresso or milk-beverage of your choosing, and experiment with the grind setting, coffee temperature, the aroma and dosage using Gaggia’s Optiaroma system, and more which can all be saved to your own profile.

The Cadorna Prestige features a bypass doser with a measuring scoop, you can add just the right amount of pre ground decaf or your favourite ground coffee for a flavorful cup.The built-in burr grinder is made of ceramic to prevent overheating or burning your coffee and to boost the quality of your coffee’s flavor and aroma.
