      Brewing Size 3 Cup to 1 Cup with Reducer

      3 cup to 1 cup brewing with the reducer. Simply flip the reducer upside down in the funnel, add your ground espresso and place water to the '0' mark below the valve.

      Volume Capacity 3 Cup

      6 oz / 177 ml. 2 oz per cup approx.

      Volume Capacity 1 Cup

      3 oz / 88.5 ml. 2 oz per cup approx. The extra one ounce of water within the boiler ensures enough water can boil up to the top half without burning the base.

      Heavy Duty Stainless Steel

      Giannina has been considered the best espresso maker by millions of consumers and is made of heavy duty stainless steel. The boiler and reduction filter are made with AISI 430 stainless steel and the rest of the stovetop is made with AISI 304 stainless steel. This combination of stainless steel allows the stovetop to be induction ready.
