Returns & Exchange
Policy:
100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you are not
totally satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept any return for the
total purchase price shipping charges are non refundable. Products must be new
& unused with all original packaging. You have 90 days after purchase date
with the appropriate return authorization # that we will provide you with.
Email info@consiglioskitchenware.com for the proper RA #
(Return Authorization #). We cannot issue a return without first issuing RA #.
Products sent to Consiglioskitchenware.com without a proper RA # will not be accepted and
be sent back to the sender. Please allow 7 – 14 days before inquiring about
returns.
Important-Products returned must be in brand
new condition with all original packaging & contents. Our shippers
inspect all our products before shipping. Some products are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
