CONSIGLIO'S 90 DAY PRICE MATCH POLICY

Consiglio's 90-Day Price Guarantee

Shop with total peace of mind. If you find an identical, in-stock product offered at a lower price within 90 days of your purchase, we will match that price and rebate you the difference.

Note: This guarantee also applies to our own internal pricing!

Policy Requirements

To qualify for a price match, the following criteria must be met:

  • Identical Match: The item must be the same brand and model, brand new, and factory-sealed. We do not match "open box" or used equipment.

  • Authorized Retailers: The competitor must be an authorized website operating in Canada.

  • Live Proof: The product must be actively advertised. You must provide a direct link to the competitor’s product page.

  • Availability: The item must be currently in stock at the competing retailer.

Exclusions & Terms

  • Calculation: Price matching is based on the final total, including all applicable taxes.

  • Value-Adds: If your Consiglio’s purchase included Free Shipping or Free Gifts, the value of these items must be factored into the price comparison.

  • Pricing Windows: Matches apply only to currently active pricing. We cannot match past or future promotional pricing.

  • Membership & Finance: We do not match membership-only clubs (e.g., Costco), 0% interest plans, or special payment installments.

  • Discretion: All price matches are provided at the discretion of Consiglio's Kitchenware.

We want you to feel confident when dealing with us at all times. If you happen to find an identical in stock product offer within 90 days of purchase we will match the lower price and rebate you the difference. This also applies to our own pricing. Items must be identical from authorized websites in Canada. The product must be actively advertised on a web site and we require a link to the competitors advertised product page. Items must be in stock and brand new. We do not offer price matches to open box or lightly used equipment. Price matching applies to final prices including taxes. Price matches are not applicable on past or future pricing and only applicable on current active pricing. Price matches do not apply to membership clubs. If we provide free shipping or free gifts with purchase please take this into account when requesting a price match. Price matches do not apply to 0% interest plans or any payment plans requests. Price matches are provided at our discretion.
